We collect certain information through our website located at www.capitalplay.com (the “Website”), including through the navigation and purchase of goods, services and information provided through the Website. We collect the following PII from users of the Website:

Log Files

The Website follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, marketing, and gathering demographic information.

PII We Collect to Take an Order

Your name, email address, delivery address, telephone number, mobile number, order details and credit card details. The entry of credit card details is required when you place an order - but we do not store your credit card details.

We also use “cookies” to collect certain information from all users include users of the Website who do not make a purchase during any particular use of the Website. A cookie is a string of data our system sends to your computer and then subsequently uses to identify your computer when it returns to our Website. The new version will become effective on the date it is first posted to the Website which will be identified as the new Effective Date of our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge and agree that this form of notice is reasonable and sufficient notice of all changes to the Privacy Policy.
