The trampoline was on back order when I place my on-line order. It shipped the day stated it would and arrived sooner than the shipping receipt stated. I have no need to contact Capital Play.

We installed the trampoline. The springs require some strength but otherwise it went very well.

The quality of this trampoline is excellent and it looks great where we had it installed in our backyard. We hired a landscape designer to do the installation, and it required 2 workers and a bobcat to dig the hole. I’m thrilled with the outcome and would highly recommend Capital Play in-ground trampolines to anyone who is looking for a safer, more eye-appealing trampoline for their home.

We love our underground trampoline from capitalplay.com! It’s kept my kids entertained for so many hours and it’s so bouncy! We dug the hole and installed it ourselves without any problems.
